This yearʼs competitors are ready to break into the exploding world of American food trucks, but they are missing the essential ingredient: the truck. Thatʼs why, as the eight teams arrive in Long Beach in this yearʼs season premiere, host Tyler Florence will welcome them with the food truck of their dreams and matching cars. Only the grand prize winner, however, will actually get to keep their food truck, along with a $50,000 cash prize to start their dream business.

The varieties and flavors of this yearʼs food truck competitors will have you salivating from the first moment.
