Santa Cruz Organic is giving you the chance to celebrate good deeds and help donate 160,000 meals to Feeding America. The launch of Sweet Deed Society, a partnership between the pioneer of the organic food industry and an organization that has been on the front lines of the war against poverty, is a chance to get involved for a good cause, and a chance to win a beach vacation and other prizes.
Hereʼs how its done. Check out the Sweet Deed Society webpage, at www.facebook.com/santacruzorganic. Once there, nominate a friend who has done a good deed. For each daily sweet deed nomination submitted, Santa Cruz Organic will donate five dollars to Feeding America. Every $1 donation to Feeding America provides the equivalent of 8 meals to local food banks.

The great part is, when you donate, you are automatically entered to win weekly prizes of one of two beach vacations, awarded as a $3,500 check. The best part is, you mark your foot print in the lives of real people, providing precious food that puts us one step closer to ending poverty.
